Only one coupon code is allowed per purchase. No stacking of coupons is allowed.

We will beat any other website's price by 10%. To request a price change, email us at customerservice@stylehaven.com with the Style Haven link and the competitor's link. All price change requests must be made before an order is placed. We cannot provide a price change or refund or an order that has already been submitted or completed. To qualify for a price change, the item in question needs to be found on a reputable online retailer's site and have prices listed in USD. Individual sellers will not be accepted for a price change. The item must be in stock and identical to the one on Style Haven (model, size, color, ect). If an item appears to be counterfeit, and we cannot secure authenticity, it will not be accepted. Shipping costs are not included in this promotion. Upon approval, you will be notified via the email address you used to originally contact us regarding the price reduction. The accepted price change will then be reflected on our website for your purchase. Due to limited stock, we cannot hold or offer a raincheck on any item, and the item will be available to purchase by any Style Haven customer at the reduced price.

No refunds will be issued for missed coupons. The coupon code must be entered at time of checkout for it to be applied. We will not back date coupons.

We search the internet for the lowest prices and make sure we are the lowest out there - therefore we do not accept offers. Our products are discounted frequently - so feel free to check back for discounts soon! If you do notice one of our prices is higher than the competition, let us know! We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot change or cancel your order once it has been placed you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

"Although Style Haven is a subsidiary of the NPS store, Style Haven does not have a physical storefront. We conduct our sales exclusively via the internet and provide delivery via either USPS or UPS. We are not currently setup to offer either local pickup of purchases, or local drop-off of returns. Our system is not currently set up for exchanges. However, you can accomplish the same goal by returning the item you purchased and purchasing the desired item through our website. Once we have received and inspected your previous purchase you will be refunded the item cost.

Please contact us at customerservice@stylehaven.com with as much information about your order as you have including: Order #, Product Name, Ship To Name, email used during check out or anything else that may help us find your order. We will look up your order and get the missing information to you as soon as possible.

All orders ship the following business day after payment is received - to cancel an order you must contact us at customerservice@stylehaven.com before your item is shipped. We will refund your order in full once the shipment is stopped.

To request a refund: In your return package, include the Returns Authorization Form and the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with original tags, packaging and protective liner intact (if applicable). We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable. Mail your return to the address below. We will process your return within 14 business days of receipt. We will refund the purchase price less shipping costs. We accept all returns, exclusions applied, within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in the same condition as received (tags attached, unworn and undamaged, no smoke or perfume smells, ect.) Exclusions include swimsuits and other intimate apparel. Please email us for more information at customerservice@stylehaven.com

We only offer the highest quality items. The vast majority of our site is new and undamaged. If an item is missing tags or shows other signs of distress we will list the condition details in BOLD in the product description. If there are no details describing such defects, the item is new with the original manufacturer's packaging.

Though we are not experts on all of our items, we authenticate our items to the best of our ability prior to listing them. We would never knowlingly sell a counterfeit product. For details on how we authenticated a specific item, please contact us at customerservice@stylehaven.com.

Because we are not authorized dealers of any of our products, we do not have official measurement details for every item. When possible, we provide a size chart from the manufacturer in the images of the product. For more information on measurements and sizing, either contact the product's manufacturer directly or email us at customerservice@stylehaven.com.

Many of our items are listed on a consignment basis and we are not authorized dealers of any of our items. For warranty information on specific products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

All product photos on Style Haven are taken by our in house photography team. We do not use stock photos unless an item does not fit on one of our mannequins. In these cases, we always include an image of the item laying flat along with the stock images. If you wish to see additional photos other than the ones we've provided, please contact us at customerservice@stylehaven.com.

We are an excess inventory management and freight recovery company - many of our items are listed on a consignment basis. We do not know if or when we will get specific items in stock. As a result we get our products at a very low price. We pass those savings on to you by comparison shopping for you and pricing our items lower than the competition.

Our company policy prohibits shipping to international addresses. In order to purchase our items, we require you to have a US shipping address. We are not responsible if you choose to ship your items to a US address and then have that addressee send your order through customs.

UPS cannot ship to these addresses. If you provide us with one of these addresses it would have to be sent through USPS. Please email us at customerservice@stylehaven.com for more details.

Please contact us at customerservice@stylehaven.com BEFORE 10 am MDT the business day after you have placed your order. We will then be able to stop your current shipment and get you a quote for expedited shipping. If you accept this quote, we will be able to invoice you directly for the additional shipping.

If the item states delivered, we ask that you contact your local post office or mail carrier and speak with them directly. We cannot open a Lost Package claim until 15 days after the item becomes lost - the customer receiving the order can open a request right away. Please reach out to us at customerservice@stylehaven.com if it is still not found after contacting the shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped the next business day after payment has been received. As soon as your item ships you will be provided with a tracking number. You can then track your item on the carriers website using that tracking number. Please note - it can take up to 12 hours for this number to become active on the carriers website.
