We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns up to 30 days after purchase (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items.).
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs.
To request a refund:
- In your return package, include the Returns Authorization Form and the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with original tags, packaging and protective liner intact (if applicable). We are unable to accept items with signs of wear, heavy perfume or smoke. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.
